For the love of three oranges, happy anniversary Meryl! 2004-06-22 - 3:19 p.m.
For the lack of anything else to say, I am definitely going to start saying, "Oh, for the love of three oranges!" Tee hee. Music geek humor.
At first I typed 'humour'. Haha, British music geek humour. Hahahaha.
For the love of three oranges, won't someone please find me a non-retail, non-food service, non-crappy job that involves a lot of sitting and doing nothing that will pay me lots of money? Please!?!? For mental health reasons, I refuse to go back to Sizz-ears.
Gih. It's almost July, and the chances of finding suitable employment for the summer are slim to none. Perhaps I should have stayed at school and lived in the dumpster behind the music building. Ah, the music building... the place where music people hang out...
*ahem*
Speaking of other music people, I had a dream last night where I was talking to Other Flute Graduate Student, asking her how her auditions went. She said she'd gotten the gig she wanted. Perhaps I should call her. Hmmm. Maybe next year I should take an audition or two, just to be laughed out of the room. Heh. Yeah. Mangofarmer needs more school...
Anyhooters, I need to reread The Bhagavad-Gita sometime soon. Seriously, it was that wonderful.
On a completely unrelated note, today is "Meryl"'s second wedding anniversary. Let us all wish "Meryl" a very happy normal little life.
That's all for now. Have a lovely day everyone! :)
