Very late Friday Five 2003-11-27 - 8:10 p.m.
Heh. Me again (click back one for a guest entry from the wee sister). Here is last week's rather interesting Friday Five:
1. List five things you'd like to accomplish by the end of the year.
Hmmmmm. In no particular order, finish reading Living History, pay rent, find some kind of profitable winter break employment, get an A in ethnomusicology, make a pie of some sort (possibly mango).
2. List five people you've lost contact with that you'd like to hear from again.
My (Craptown) next door neighbor's granddaughter, my other next door neighbor (the kid that had all those late night parties the summer before last), my cool cousin from NYC, my friend that got married this summer whose wedding I skipped out on (woops...), and my hot French pen pal (Nicolas, ou est tu?!?).
3. List five things you'd like to learn how to do.
Play clarinet, play piano (better than I can, that is), drive (HA), make properly hard-boiled eggs, and compose concerti.
4. List five things you'd do if you won the lottery (no limit).
Buy a new flute, buy a flute for my sister, pay for school (including those pesky undergraduate loans), pay for my sister's school, and buy a little silver BMW and have Joaquin Phoenix drive me around Europe in said car (hey, I'm feeling ambitious :) ).
5. List five things you do that help you relax.
Discuss the Elephant Man!!!!!!!! with my sister, drink chocolate milk, drink other beverages, take bubble baths, play flute.
