As I was schlepping shoes around tonight, I had to listen to Manager Girl describe her wedding plans. She says she is going to invite over 400 people and that the only places big enough would be the Holiday Inn or the pavillion by the lake.
Now if I wanted one of those stupid froofroo big weddings, that might actually be a nice place. They have concerts there in the summer. The symphony plays there. We had our senior prom there. It's nice. Luckily, there is no danger of any such thing anytime in the near future. Or the far future. Not even a hazy glimmer on the horizon.
Somebody has to have at least one day off Thursday-Sunday. State park? Good mall? Exciting minor league baseball? Road trip to Six Flags?
*sigh*
(Waaah waaah waaah. Yes, I'm feeling whiny. Leave me alone, or else I will fling about that whole "I'm boring, therefore nobody loves me" mantra again. And even I get tired of that shit.)
Blah.
My sister loves me, at least. She'll hang out with me when she gets here Sunday. We will do things, especially since, as of today, MY 16 YEAR OLD SISTER HAS A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND I DO NOT.
Waaaaaah waaaaaah, yadda yadda. SSDD (same shit, different day). I'll be shutting up now. Goodnight!
