Ooooooh baby, randomize me!

I'm destined to be buried under an avalanche. An avalanche of falling CDs.
2003-01-31 - 10:29 a.m.

Because I'm bored and because I probably should be doing something useful right now, I will instead share with you the pile of CDs, sitting on my dresser, that has grown so large, it is in grave danger of toppling over. Here:

-"Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring" soundtrack

-"LoTR: The Two Towers" soundtrack

-Madonna - The Immaculate Collection

-A Lasting Inspiration: Jacqueline duPre, cello

-Orchestral Excerpts for flute, Jeanne Baxtresser

-wind ensemble concert, April 2002

-senior recital of yours truly, April 2002

-composers recital, April 2002

-Tchaikovsky - "The Nutcracker" (Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Peter Wohlert)

-Mussorgky- "Pictures at an Exhibition"/Kodaly - "Hary Janos" Suite/Prokofiev - "Lieutenant Kije" Suite (Cleveland Orchestra, George Szell)

-wind ensemble concert, December 2001

-Creedence Clearwater Revival - Chronicle

-The Beatles - 1

-Pink Floyd - Echoes

-Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon

-Radiohead - OK Computer

-Radiohead - Pablo Honey

-The Doors - The very best of

-"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" soundtrack

-Holst - "The Planets" (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Andre Previn)

-Dave Matthews Band - Busted Stuff

-The Mamas and the Papas - California Dreamin'

-"Moulin Rouge" soundtrack

-junior recital by yours truly, April 2001

-Nirvana - Nevermind

-Nirvana - MTV Unplugged

-Dashboard Confessional - The Swiss Army Romance

-Jeff Buckley - Mystery White Boy

-The Beatles - Abbey Road

-The Beatles - Revolver

-Elvis Presley - 30 #1 hits

-wind ensemble concert, October 2001

-Elgar - "Enigma Variations", "Pomp and Circumstance" Marches (London Philharmonic Orchestra, Daniel Barenboim)

-Franck/Prokofiev/Reinecke Flute Sonatas (James Galway, flute, Martha Argerich/Philp Moll, piano)

And that isn't anywhere near all the CDs I own. Music is my own personal crack. It's so deliciously addicting.

Alright, time to go do something useful. More later perhaps.
