Maybe I just hate working. Maybe I'm just destined to hate every job I have that does not involve playing my flute. I mean, unless it was a seriously cool job, like working as a professional witness in a wedding chapel in Vegas. That's the dream you know.... think of all the Elvises I'd get to meet!
Apparently Sears took my useless college degree and my cashier experience to mean that I wanted to work as a cashier. The very job that I'd been loathing for the past three summers. And what's worse, at Sears, you have to pretty much stand behind the register the whole time. THE WHOLE TIME. At least at the grocery store, I could practice pole dancing in the pickle aisle.
Now maybe that's a career choice I should look into... probably pays good money... :-P
January is not far off. I'm a music major geek. I need to be in school doing music major geek things. Not begging people to apply for Sears cards. Stupid evil corporate America. Bah!
Disclaimer: Sears is a probably a very good place to work. I am just a professional lazy-ass. Have a nice day! :-P
On an unrelated note, I am completely hopeless. I just want the world to know.
