2004-01-12 - 1:12 p.m. I guess I can't get away with taking a class requiring you to have passed the ear training exam when the same professor teaches the ear training for dummies class that I am also taking, huh? Grrrrrr. That's okay though. Thirty people crammed into a room meant for fifteen starts to make Mangofarmer a little claustrophobic anyway. Hmmm. Dr. Band Director was in rare form this morning. We don't have to play "Lincolnshire Posy" for the conducting snore-osium. Yay. Otherwise, it is strange to be back. I should go practice the goddamn "William Tell" Overture now. At least I get to play piccolo. But- that means I'm only playing on one lousy piece for the first orchestra concert. Grrrr. Time for a turkey sandwich and a nap until I figure out where the Detroit else I have to be today. Hmmm. Okay. Happy Monday everyone! And happy first day back at class for those poor saps like me who don't have another week off, like some people. *ahem*
