No, afraid not. The good violists are not in Canada. I think you're making a giant leap in your logic to believe that because there ARE good violinists and there ARE good cellists, that there must be good violists.

You could always compose something snazzeriffic - like another Apotheosis of the Mango - and play that! And you do have a looong time before that recital, by the way...!
