2004-07-23 - 2:07 p.m. Do you know what sucks? When Amnesty International calls you and talks about the crisis in Sudan and asks for money but you don't have any money to give them. Yes, I am a stupid (broke) American and I hate myself, mostly for the millions of other stupid Americans out there who might be less broke but don't care, because isn't that part of the American dream- you know, picket fence, 2.3 kids, golden retriever, SUV, store-bought apple pie on the counter, X Box, I don't give a shit because the government doesn't give a shit because is there any OIL in the Sudan anyway??!?!? Gih. I'm done now. There were two police cars parked in front of my house a little while ago. But they're gone now. Okay. I just started The Dharma Bums. It's pretty good so far. There's a picture of Kerouac on the back of the book. He was kind of hot. :) Have a good day all.
