2004-02-12 - 7:07 p.m. Flute Student #5 showed up, minus her flute. But at least I met the kid. nice kid. Flute Student #2 of course did not show up again. Flute Student #4 had the best lesson ever. It was even a two sticker lesson, and those never happen. Only Flute Student has come close. I think she will achieve a two sticker lesson when I can get her to play above a uniform mezzo piano. I got her to squeak out a couple loud high notes on piccolo. ("YES! That is what a piccolo is supposed to sound like!") But she still can't play loud on flute. /end shop talk Have you seen this? Slow day in the news, I guess. Today has been a good day, for once this week. HA! And better yet, Happy Hour with the music geeks will be happening tomorrow! Yay! Booze! :) Heh. That's all for now.
