2004-01-22 - 7:14 p.m. Well. Flute Student #2 neglected to show up for her lesson yet again. Flute Student #3 informed me that #2 said she "probably wouldn't be able to make it." Um, hello? I have yet to have spoken to anyone at this girl's home other that the answering machine. Jeebus. I'm telling ya. Do I reeeeally want more middle schoolers like I'm likely going to end up with next week? Oy vey. Anywho, I had my first composition lesson today. Dr. Composition Teacher seemed to think I have lots of good ideas. Too many good ideas, in fact, that I cram haphazardly into one little piece. It makes sense. My brilliance just gets overwhelming sometimes. ;) So yeah. I don't think I'm going to be the good little grad ass that goes to all the classes she doesn't need to. Because, well, 8 AM? That's just wrong. I value my sleep. Sleep? Hahahahaha. Someone make me practice, pretty please? Have a great night everyone. :)
