2003-06-07 - 2:04 p.m. Do you know the barn scene in the movie "Witness", when Harrison Ford's character, the big city cop, is fixing his car, and Kelly MacGillis's good Amish lass comes in as he is tinkering with the radio. They start dancing to that song... "But I do know that I love you, and I know that if you love me, too, what a wonderful world this would be." Ah yes. Sometimes I feel Amish. (Without anyone to dance with, however.) Sam Cooke has more pertinent words: "Another Saturday Night and I ain�t got nobody, I have some money �cause I just got paid. How I wish I had someone to talk to, I�m in an awful way." That's about it. I might go to bed and hide for the rest of the day. Because there's nothing better to do.
