2002-10-18 - 9:42 p.m. Ah, Friday night. I have the house to myself. The unfortunate thing is, of course, that I am here sitting in the house by myself and I'm not out somewhere talking advantage of my legality. I'm not... OUT... anywhere taking advantage of my legality. What a pathetic loser I am. At least there's rum and vanilla Coke around. ;) So yeah. I worked 12-8 today. The highlight of the day involved watching the security guard running through the store to catch some guy that was trying to steal a toaster. There was some kind of struggle outside and the guy's car window got broken. But the guy drove off and the guard came back in with the toaster. The lengths people will go over toasters. It was pretty wild. That was pretty much my day. That store is a messy shithole. I spent some of the time talking to this other girl who is actually planning to go to the same school I am in January. She's actually from that area too. How the hell she ended up up here, I have no idea. Oh well. She's nice anyway. I'm so boring. I wish I had something to do. Or rather someone to do something with. Denny's is nice this time of night! Oh well. So is the next glass of rum and vanilla Coke! :-P
